- Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Items on clearance or marked “final sale.”
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, not manufacturing defects.
- Personal-use accessories (like earphones) if the packaging has been opened, due to hygiene reasons.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
