Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Gizmo Cove. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Items on clearance or marked “final sale.”
    • Products that are damaged due to misuse, not manufacturing defects.
    • Personal-use accessories (like earphones) if the packaging has been opened, due to hygiene reasons.
  3. Refund Process
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.
  4. Exchanges
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
